We have 14 dispatchers. 11 full-time and 3 part-time. I want to make the proposal to go to 12 hours shifts, but, I can't think of a way to make it work. Right now we staff 3 seats from 10:00-22:00 Monday through Thursday. 3 seats from 10:00-02:00 Friday and Saturday. The rest of the time on a normal day we only fill 2 seats. So, give me some options, opinions, and ideas to make this work. Maybe even some 10's 14 suggestoins to help me out.
