Is anyone familiar with the automated high speed notification system from Dialogic Communications Corp. This system allows one call to automatically trigger a group of phone lines to begin sending out the word via telephone, pager, cell, etc and then record individual responses which go on a report and is sent to the right person. Whether there is a fire or some type of prevention program, this system is used daily by numerous dept's to automate the routine so their staff can handle the exception. I am curious to know if any of your dept's have evaluated this system.

Hamilton County Communications Center in Suburban Cincinnati, Ohio uses a system called the Communicator. Seems to me that they use it primarily for SWAT Team & Haz-Mat Team callouts. You might consider giving them a call and inquiring about that system.
