Looking for info on software, Our dept is looking to upgrade our software. We would like to know what you are using and if you are having any problems with the software or anything you could tell us good or bad! Also if the tech support is reliable.

We have had good luck with FireHouse software. Its Win95 compliant and is a total management package. It takes care of our fire & ems incident reports, training, fleet management, equipment and payroll. They are also promising version 5.0 compliance.
