I have been using FirePrograms for almost 2 years. There are 2 versions-Station Manager (incident reports, personnel records, training, etc) and Risk Manager (pre-plans, inspections, haz-mat, graphics, hydrants, etc). Both run about $800.
Check them out at www.fireprograms.com

We've had the Firehouse reporting software for about 6 months now. Prior to that we were using a state supplied stripped down version of Sunpro. The Firehouse program is superior to anything else I've seen. It's an integrated database, which means that once you enter information, all records get updated. If I add a new pager, that updates the inventory system. If I note that the pager is issued to FF Smith, his personnel file is updated to show that equipment is assigned to him.
I found a couple of bugs, reported them to Firehouse, got very quick responses. I would encourage anyone to examine this carefully.
Remember, it IS as bad as you think and they ARE out to get you!
