Anyone out there who purchased a Koehler responder flashlight and experienced a "explosion" (actually the button fired off the light housing) I would like to hear from. This is a new light brought out by Koehler within the past year or so. I belive this light is not off gasing correctly. I posted this topic in the northeast regional forum and received a few helpful ideas.
