Sounds for my PC

I'm looking for sounds for my pc. I don't know if your going to know what I'm talking about or not, but I'll try to give you an exmaple.

On my Email notification, I have Homer Simpson saying "The mail is here! The mail is here!! Ooooohhh!!!!".

I hope someone can help me out somewhere.
