Hi,
I am new at this just wanted to say hi. I am a 911 Supervisor for Fire/E.M.S. Communications in Kent County Delaware. I am responsible for overseeing day to day shift operations in regards to dispatching the 18 volunteer fire companies,10 BLS units and 4 ALS units for our county. I have been in emergency communications going on 16 years and I have been a volunteer firefighter for 23 years now.
