    I am also trying to compile a list of at least 500 Seagrave Fire Apparatus in the US . I already have 200 . Can and if your company has a seagrave can you post the year , company name and state
    PLease specify if it is an engine , Truck and or squad

    it will be later published in a magazine

    You might look at the City of Madison, IN. I know for a fact that they have at least one Seagrave, maybe two. They're the oldest fire dept. in Indiana.

    My District operates a 1979 "Western States" Seagraves 4 man Pumper Engine (Diesel).

    My District is Just outside of Astoria Oregon

    I know that Baltimore City has (or had) some Seagraves in service as reserve units... you might check with them.

    Hillandale V.F.D. in Montgomery Co. Md. operates a 1997 100' tiller (T-12) and 1990 1250 gpm pumper (E-241)

    ladder 23 in Detroit ,Michigan is a 1989 100" aerial . Its beat to hell but still runs like a tank.

    Bighouse, were not in the U S of A but we do have a Seagrave. A 1990 1550 gpm pump, built by Superior Emergency Vehicles in Red Deer Alberta Can. Has a midship pump panel 650 gal. tank powered by a Detriot 8v92 with an Allison auto. Best damn truck I have driven, cut my eye teeth on this one, wouldn't trade it for nothing. She is in as good a shape as when she rolled off the line.
