Hiya Hack! Really liked the site. I'm not a firefighter so I have to ask...what's the difference between a firefighter and a qualified firefighter? (Sorry if that's a dumb question)

    Hi there,

Liked the site. From the ranking I gather that you are working according to Home Office (UK). Would that then mean that a fire fighter is considered qualified once he succesfully completed his first exam? Also wondering where are the female fire fighters?

    Enjoy

    Thanks for the visit fifi!

A Qualified f/f means he's/or she's have completed CBT (Competency Based Training) modules to a certain level/rank.
This gives them one stripe and a pay rise.

There is about 30 odd girls in the job here in NSW , Australia.
None at our station.......none of them live in the area....or have applied to work here.
