Are group has one female cadet and a female advisor who runs the program. They both get right in with the guys and do drills. I wish we had more females in cadets.

our post has one female explorer and she is a real pain. i am sure that there are good female explorers out there but not the girl that is in our post.

im a girl, and ever since i knew what a firefighter was..i've wanted to be one..now im a fire explorer and i cant imagine doing anything else at all. the fire department is my life.

yes yes yes...I am a female Jr. Firefighter this is my 2nd year of being one! Firefighting is my life. I have always wanted to be a part of the fire company. Now that i am a part of it i love it! I am gonna be a part of the company until i am old enough to retire! I love it and it loves me! I just wanted to say that thank you and now i hope that anwsers your question!!!!thank you

Hey ladies! Glad to see you're so proud of being a female in the fire service. I am also a female, started as a junior at 14, and i'm 21 now. I finished my Junior years a Captain. You girls can rank just as high as the guyz if you really want to. Keep up the good work!!!
