Need Information pertaining to start a Jr. firefighter program?

I am in need of information to start a Jr./explorer program in my area. Anything would be helpful right now,S.O.P.,training,requiremen ts,fees if any etc. If anyone one could help please e-mail me with the info. All replies would be appreciated..

Get with your local Boy Scouts of America office and ask about getting an Explorer group started. They will have all the information you will need pertaining to insurance, helping guide on how to run it, and a list of students that are interested in the fire service.
