    Default Live in At Stations

    I have noticed a few live in opportunities for college age kids back east in the Maryland area. Basically, a college student lives at the station for free and pays his dues by running calls. Sounds like a great way to get experience. Anyone have any information about these type of programs out west (california area)?

    Ive noticed them to and it sounds pretty cool. I have been trying to get information about that and the only information i got was from these two fire departments from the area. Burtonsville VFDAnother link

    I know that here in the Kansas City area, we have a couple of depts that do that on both side of the state lines. I also know that in Colorado, both Vail and Avon have simular programs like that.
