Can your department stand up against a bioterrorist attack? Its going to be bad if we dont find out until we actually get a situation involving this.
A postal worker in D.C. just got the inhaled form of Anthrax, the deadliest kind. NYC and D.C. may be able to handle this, but some small departments may not be able to.

Hootch: My feelings are no Dept. can be prepared for a mass attack. Spot attacks, some of them. The amount of responders, equiptment and supplys would overwhelm the system in a mass attack. This is just my opinion.
