    Default Memorial Service

I was reading the IAFF message about dress uniforms, you had to have one right or you couldnt be in the procession. I was wondering if that would include yoru blue dress shirts and balck kakis or not. If anyone know please let me know
    thanks ,

I beleive that standard class A uniforms are all Navy Blue, that'd be something to ask your chief about, though what your're describing sounds more like station wear (no clue what class # it is) but since your an explorer/junior its a tough call

For the memorial, we're going to see if we have any dress uniforms that'll fit me, so I'll borrow one for a day, I hope.

Hmmm...I iwas hoping I'd be able to get away with the regular station uni but I guess I'll have to find a dress uniform somehow. There goes my piggy bank.

Traditional Class A uniforms are whatever color your Dept. requires (I have seen Dark Blue, Light Blue, Black, Maroon, White and Green) As for the Procession I am sure that you will be allowed to march in whatever your most formal uniform is. My Explorer Post issues Black Comando Sweaters to all Explorers for cold weater wear. Remember it will likely be cold in NOvember in NYC. My Dept does not issue Dress uniforms to Junior Members but we are about to as we have several older uniforms that we are getting rid of so the Juniors are going to get first pick of those.
