    Default looking for some help

our explorer post is looking for a way to be able to do things juniors can do (i.e. 2nd due truck, exterior stuff) but still stay as explorers. we are having problems finding insurance that covers fire department type organizations also. if anyone has any suggestions or solutions they would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

explorers are allowed to do anything except do interior atacks and be on the roof of a burning building by bsa rules there are no bsa rules agenst exterior attack or even being on the first out engine

Hey tristin is right. Maybe your dept. rules are different but the innsurance will cover youy responding on the First Due piece of Equipment or participating in exterior firefighting as long as your PPE meets NFPA requirements

Our explorer's also ride along with the first out engine. Our city as insurance that they do provide to all explorer members, along with the insurance that the Boy Scouts provide. So far everything has been working out great.
