The boston Globe contradicted itself by first going after the fire department, then going after ems. It seems to me that the problems that the city of Boston has with it's ems system response is posing a serious safety problem to the citizens of the City of Boston than the internal problems that they brought up about the fire department. I also think that by singling out Neal Mullane Jr. they are doing this FF a great injustice. If the fire department did a thorough back ground check and he was hired then everything was on the up and up. This looks like a witch hunt and I hope Mullane wins big!!! When the dust settles the real truth will come out not this clouded ridiculous theory concocted by a newspaper trying to turn public service against each other. Why didn't the Globe use the NYC fire department in it's comparison and studies. If the globe is going to write an article do it right.
