Time/Productivity Management Studies

Are there any fire department's that have conducted a survey on time management or productivity studies. If not, does anybody know of sources that outline how to produce one of these surveys.

I hate to say it but AMR, The Borg base their entire operation on what's called System Status Managment. I don't know of any fire departments using this but I conducted a 1 year study of responses in my district that covered evrything from time of day to weather to patient ailment and came up with some interesting numbers. It's real time consuming and you really have to put it on computer to make sense of it all. In the end well I guess it's worth the effort, if for no other reason than to tweak the nose of the insurance companies. Statistically speaking of course.
