I know no one ever has one of these, but some of your neighbors might have. I'm being asked to testify in a trial involving a rekindle. Let's face it--it happens. What I'm looking for is numbers--like how many rekindles you (or more likely your neighbor) had in the last two or three years, and the total number of fires.
