    Post equipment daily checks

    We are a volunteer/part-time paid company and have trouble keeping a check of our equipment from breathing apparatus to tools. Does anyone have some daily check off sheets we can use as an example to form our own to insure accountability that things are being checked.

    Gamber, How's it going. This is our daily checklist, each page if for a full month. Has the days listed on the top of the sheet, and on the left side listed down are these.

    Oil
    coolant
    fuel
    battery
    power steering
    headlights
    turn signals
    brake lights
    windshield wipers/reservoir
    back up lights and alarm
    emergency lights
    volt/amp gauges
    temp gauges
    tachmometer
    air pressure gauge
    siren
    horns
    tire pressure and wear
    pump operation
    discharge valves
    intake valves
    relief valve
    primer oil
    booster tank level
    SCBA'S
    AUX equipment operation
    equipment inventory
    flashlights
    cab interior
    checked by
