We are getting our 4 yr old KME engine back from rehab (but thats nothing new to KME owners)soon. We are rethinking some of choices for how and where we mount equipment. I am intrested in new ideas on the mounting of equipment. If you have any please reply to or Email me at cfd119@firehousemail.com

Being that you just rehabed the unit you should adhere to the current NFPA standards,
Every thing should be able to meet the 9g crasdh standard. Better yet every thing should if at all possible be mounted in a compartment. And nothing should be mounted on the outside. we just had 2 units refurbed and even though notb rerquired we moved all the equiptment according to standards , less liabilty.
