To companies with experience with rear mount pump panels:
How do you like them?

We have had a rearmount since 1981. Before that, we had a midship. I grew up on the rearmount and can't speak to others. I think that you need to know the advantages and limitations of any piece of equipment and make it work for you. We always leave the front of the structure for the truck. The engine pulls past. We also can work off of the rear to have the most stability for the most reach by backing the unit into position.
