Video Conferencing

Our department is in the process of implementing a video conferencing system. We are looking for input from departments that have one in place. We would like to have 24 sites capable of interactive communication. Does anyone have a comparable system in service? Or any other ideas? Thanks!

If you have found a system. Please let me know. We are in the same boat now. Also if anyone has a H.323 type system such as Polycom, Tandberg, Lifesize, V-Tel please let me know so I can obtain some user information. We will be testing some systems and it would be nice to call another system to try it out. We want to connect 5 fire stations and also allow outside connections for training. Thanks!
