Our dept. has just mandated the use of a RIT on all working fires. But there is some uncertainty about the full realm of the RIT duties on the fire scene so for now it is basically 2 men on a hose.
Does any one have any SOP's or training info for RIT operations.

Try and get in touch with a Jim Crawford of Pittsburgh's Bureau of Fire. He is very helpful with the issue and very knowledgable. I think he goes by PBFTK13 on these boards.
