I am in the process of developing an introductory program for new members. The purpose is to provide basic information to make them useful on the fireground (outside the building) until they can take FF-I.
If anyone has any suggestions on content or lesson plans please let me know.

I've recently set up a new member program myself and got some good response from this forum. The topic was about 9 months ago (I think) and you might be able to find it. E-mail me and I'll send you a copy of my lesson outlines. Good Luck.

Your question is a good one!
In todays world volunteers are hard to come by.(dedicated ones that is)
I believe to keep their interest up we need programs such as what you are asking about.
I will be watching with you responses to your post.
