Good day to all;
Please accept my apologies for the cross-postings.
Since 1995, the Colorado Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators and Investigations of the Future have presented the latest in fire investigation techniques and technology.
What we have learned is how interdependent the fire investigative community is with law enforcement, private investigations, the insurance industry and the legal community in minimizing the impact that fire and arson imparts on our lives and property.
With that in mind, Professional Investigative Engineers, Phoenix Investigations Inc., and the Colorado Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators have formed a partnership to bring you the latest in fire investigations training. In addition, because of the far reaching implications of any investigation, we have included presentations of a more global perspective to acquaint all with the various resources and latest information available to assist any investigator involved with many type of civil or criminal investigation.
One of the websites is up and running for your viewing at www.callpie.com/conference/pie.html.
This years conference will be promoted far more aggressively than in past years. Our mailings and advertisements are projected to reach over 40,000 individuals and organizations. This is nearly 10 times the number we have advertised to in the past. Because of this, we are anticipating reaching the capacity of our conference venue and may find ourselves turning away registrants. It is with this email that we are starting our promotion of the conference and giving you the opportunity to register early before the brochures and advertisements are mailed.
Please visit the website at www.callpie.com/conference/pie.html and register early!

Firecop: I am not an investigator but a defense attorney litigator with experience in "spoilation" issues involving fire personell who do not protect fire scene cause and origin evidence for criminal or civil cases. I hope your conference recognizes and teaches your attendees something about this fairly recent phenomenom which has very serious implications indeed.Bob Compton
