Our department, (combination carrer/volunteer), is contemplating a service awards program for retention purposes in the volunteer ranks. Has anyone out there had ny success or lack of with such programs? I am interested in what was used to gauge the impact of the program, (i.e., increased participation, enfollment, etc).
