Looking for CISD Policies

I am looking for policies on the activation of CISD teams. The management of my fire department feels that if an individual needs CISD they should just ask for it. Read on. I recall that there are several people with that info that participate in forums. You are right, though. People who need CSID generally do not ask for it. More later.
