The web site is an excellent idea and I forget who publishes the book---but I saw an advertisement here in Firehouse for a book on how to deal with LODD. Perhaps they'll run the ad again. I thought it was a good idea but by the time I got around to wanting to purchase it, the ad was gone. Bummer.
