Robert Buongiorne was killed when he was struck from behind while directing traffic at an MVA. Robert was hit Tuesday night and succumbed to his injuries today. Please pray for his four daughters, wife and parents. As Chaplain, it will be my responsibility to carry the condolences of our department to the funeral; please pray for me, that I will find the correct words to say and be a comfort not a nuisance.

Sorry, folks. I cannot believe I got his name wrong! It's Rick Buongiorne and he is survived by his wife, Betty; children Richard Jr., Michael, Sheree, Jill, Donnette and Vickie. His memorial service will be Saturday at 2pm at Concordia Lutheran church, 1769 Kendall Rd. Kendall, NY
