I have been put in charge of creating a terroism preparedness plan for our Fire Dept.
I would like to see a copy of another departments plans so I could get a goood idea of where to start and how to structure my planning. Thanks to anyone who could help me.

I don't know if this will be of any help as we do things differently over the pond.
Look up the "London Emergency Services Liaison Panel" website from a good search engine, their manual is online in .pdf format and shows how all emergency services respond to major incidents.
If you cannot find it email me at r.armitagewalker@talk21.com and I will mail you a copy.
Regards and good luck

This is not exactly on your topic but you may have a use for the information.
The US Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division Lab has developed a chemical, biological warfare decontamination agent that is used with a CAFS application system. The QAC/CAFS is designed for large area decon and is friendly the the user and the environment. It also works on organophosphate toxic chemicals (pesticides and herbicides.

FEMA and the NFA have good information on SOP's and how to develope them. go to the FEMA/NFA web site for additional info.
Just remain calm, it will be okay!
