Any Saves Using a TIC?

I am curious to know if anyone has had a documented save using a TIC? This would be a positive result, ie, the victim is alive and well today after being rescued from a hazardous environment. I have seen a lot of media attention on the potential benefits of such a device, but nothing on an actual save.
