FLIR Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:"FLIR"), the world leader in infrared imaging systems, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Scott Health and Safety, Inc. (Nasdaq:"SCTT"), a leading manufacturer of sophisticated, high-performance life saving equipment for firefighters, for the distribution of its FireFLIR(TM) thermal imaging system and the development of new thermal imaging products for the firefighting market.
Scott Health and Safety manufactures and markets a wide variety of life saving equipment for the firefighting, industrial and government markets, including self-contained breathing apparatus, gas detection instruments, thermal imaging systems and air-purifying respiratory equipment.
