Reading the areas where the money can go has caused me to doubt the whole thing. I did not read in the home page article any area for hiring firefighters. This looks like a blue light and chrome bumper bill. Looks like the career forces will again take a backseat.

Well look at the bright side, there is 400 million for wildland prevention and 2.5 billion for hiring more wildland firefighters.

Gee the real fire service isn't very important is it? The wildland guys are getting 29 times more!
