Responding in FLA

I am goign to school in Florida, Embry-Riddle University, I am currently going through FF1 in New Jersey and just have one question before I go there, How would you go about responding in FLA? Blue Lights? The department I am joining there is Volusia County Volunteer.. they havent answered my email, or my question directly, so I thought I would ask here
if you know the answer please let me know
