    Default How was the NYS Parade and Drill?

    I had to work that weekend. Who won, how was it, did it rain during the parade / drill, was the beer cold? You know, just some important questions that need answers.

    (I've heard conflicting reports on the event and need some more input on it)

    Thanks!
    May God bless all the people and families who have lost
    their lives on 9-11-01, to those also lost on Flight 587, and to the rescuers who responded to both.

    parade was pretty massive... i think there were nine divisions plus the host... It drizzled a bit before we stepped off, but that didn't break the humidity;

    It was a nice parade though... followed the same route as Southern NY and ended at the same fairground and everything... i didnt hang around much though, i needed to get into town.

    Freeport looked awesome... they had like 204 members marching in Class A... really impressive, they won their category.
