In search of the right nutrition
I am not sure if there are other folks out there such as myself. I don't have any problem actually doing the workouts. My problem lies in not knowing "what not to eat" and "what to eat".
I know I can't eat cheesburgers and fries and expect to loose weight. But at the same time it is hard to stay "full" eating nuts and berries.
I have read several books on nutrition, but have been unable to find a diet plan that is right for me.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I thank you in advance for your reply.
