Previously I posted what I thought was a pretty funny joke. Some how it was taken completely wrong. I would like to think that as fireman (irregardless of rank)we all spend time in the kitchen where all is open for discussion, usually with out the thought of being politically correct. Now to my point and I will do this real slow. It was a J O K E.

No need to apologize. If you have been around the fire service long enough then people should develop thick skin. BTW can I be president of the cult auxilary?

(sound of a man pinching himself)...
... join a club with two rescue men? I'M IN!!!
Is it OK to pull my hood up now?
Can I have one of those sexy denim jackets?
After the name of the club was clarified I just want to make clear that I will not be drinking the kool-aid, nor will I snack on applesauce, cover my face with a black hankie and wait for the comet.
Bobby... jokes are always good. Never fault a brother for pulling out the hats and horns.

I'm back too
(sound of an old fireman carefully sticking his toe through the door)
Tread lightly boys. I didn't feel any dribbles hitting me before I was censored.
Can we form a phoenix cult for forum resurrections?

First admendment
It is sad that the First admendment to the constitution does not apply to the "forums" just like it did not apply to the "forums", 2500 yrs ago in Roman times

"" Wow - going constitutional here. No...not a "stretch" at all"".. I like your reference to the "RACK" also used in the same time period as a "attitude readjuster" It is all about the principals or in some cases.......the lack of.FF/PARAMEDIC/CORONER/TRAINING "MY DAY STARTS WHEN YOURS ENDS"

The constitution only applies between governments and individuals, not forums. The WebTeam can censor anything they want.
So I've been told anyway.

Though my hours in constituional law have fadedThe constitution only applies between governments and individuals, not forums. The WebTeam can censor anything they want.
I believe that you are right.
People constantly cry out "My rights". Very rarely do they understand it.
Bravo to the web team for having standards. If people have to get off on rape, and other subjects not deemed appropriate, start a forum themselves. Thats their "Right"

firefighterMO & boxalarm
The rack was from your reference to it not being a "stretch"... get it now "stretch" "rack" as in the "rack of torture" used to torture people by pulling along the bodies long axis. And FireFighterMO about the constitutionalapplying between govt. and individuals you are right...but being right, does not always make it... "right" And yes Rape is wrong to get off on...no doubt about it...but some if given the power might censor any one who does not favor leather helmets for example...so you see it will sometimes go to far if you are subjective vs objective

I can also join the ranks fo the censored. Mine was so bad that I was blocked from the forums for about a month. They also deleted my posts... But now I behave myself and look back at it as a learning experience!
So much for the 1st Amendment...LOL09-11 .. 343 "All Gave Some..Some Gave ALL" God Bless..R.I.P.

Of course! I have used it many times. The rack was from your reference to it not being a "stretch"... get it now "stretch" "rack" as in the "rack of torture" used to torture people by pulling along the bodies long axis.
Thats a good philosophy.....Mo you are still right.but being right, does not always make it... "right"
Lets get back on track. The webteam, those souls who provide the forum, could delete posts that were not in line with any of their philosophies. That is their "right" as we can all move on or, start our own board. However, the moderators here show restraint and allow good threads to develop. I have had a post taken off. I asked why, was told, and moved on. In keeping in line with your thought process, it is their right, though it may not seem "right" to you.but some if given the power might censor any one who does not favor leather helmets for example...so you see it will sometimes go to far if you are subjective vs objective
Right On!

Dude,
My sense of humor required me to respond to that. I wasn't trying to bring anyone down or call anyone out, I just thought it was funny. LoL
