Default So, is this building fully involved?

I took this shot last spring (early May?) and forgot to develop the roll until this past February. Finally got a couple good pics from it scanned in!

This was in a congested part of the Borough of Danielson, about 5 minutes from my house. Mechanic Street in front is very narrow (it's uncomfortable driving down it in a pickup truck if someone comes from the other direction, especially since there's parking on both sides too!), and the house on fire is one of several "back lots" where one house is on the sidewalk, and a second house in the "backyard" is backed up against railroad tracks -- pretty much no spot for master stream from an aerial or pumper. On Bravo side a VFW hall stretches from street to railroad fence. So out comes the 2.5"

They did end up setting up their Tower on the other side of the railroad tracks where it could reach over them, but I'm not sure if they ever flowed water from it.

hey!!! I can see a dragon head or some sort of head in the top of the picture!

You can clearly make out the eyes, nose, and mouth!

Even kinda looks like it is spewing fire out of the side of its mouth. Anyone else see this?

Funny what you see when you first look at things. Originally I saw a tomb stone, in the window to the left of the FF. Now that I look again I see your dragon head too.

I just noticed the tombstone you are referring to...

Of course, if you use your imagination it (the tombstone) could also look like a skull staring at the firefighter.

I looked at it backwards and saw a message saying "Paul Is Dead!"

Hmm...I've got either a wolf or a snake, facing head-on, right above the first firefighter.

Could you dump the Aerial's pipe over the first house ? I think that is what is called a "FIIIIIRRRRRRE" . Although it has been awhile since I have seen any.

Hi i see the dragon and the tombstone although i dont see the message paul is dead. The one I saw could take some imagination i guess it just depends on what part of the pic you saw first but it looked like a burning fire truck. I guess the way the two windows look compared to the front of a fire engine?? Anyone else see it or am I insane?

I'm still trying to figure out how you guys passed your physc evals. Apparantly they didn't do the ink blot tests or you'd all still be in there. roflmao
Who remembers those? Draw a house. What's in the house? Is it a happy house? I still have to wonder if there is anyone stupid enough to draw a house in a rain storm.

Anyway, my first image was that of a snake with its tongue out. Its in the smoke in the upper left hand corner.

I see the snake and the tombstone. Just looking at the top of the "T" in the center of the photo, just left of the FF, it also looks like someone is walking across the top of the "T", left to right.

However, I also agree with ALSfirefighter and Martinm too: the msg "Paul is dead".... hmm psyc evals etc put aside, I wonder what else you guys get into besides weak beer?

Right behind the firefighters I can see a dog standing on his hind legs, taking a leak. I think he's also scratching his *****.

I forgot to add the fact that when your the fist due engine at 3 am and you just turn the corner and see this, the first thing out of your mouth before you pick up the radio is "holy $hit." In a nice calm monotoned, you know you won't be back to bed till you get home voice. Or just "ah $hhit" if your working a double. #$#%#%# if your working that double, and forgot an extra pair of clothes and/or your towel.

Aight, I saw the skull, the dragon, and a big devil lookin thingy looking out the window! It's pretty amazing what you can see in pictures if you look hard enough. There was this picture of a tornado that someone had one time, 12 or so people died in it, and if you turned the picture sideways, you could clearly see Jesus reaching down to the earth... Scary stuff!
