After 5 days off I gotta hit it hard (like a dumbass) workin tonight ....back for 16 tomorow and 8 more Monday. After words I am going to stop off for a quick bloody mary.

Ok...I really need a drink now after my last phone call. I called MA OEMS to find out the status of the test results for my medic test...They haven't received them from the chief examiner that day yet!!! 3 and a half F$%*ing weeks....The results should have been mailed to us no later than this past tuesday! I renew my hatred for this dreaded state....to quote Clark Grizwold from Christmas Vacation..."Holy crap, where's the Tylenol..."

Sorry to hear the bad news there, Leuit. On both counts - but in particular not getting your test scores back yet. Waats wi'dat? I'm sure you did great on it all though.
Just got back from a Western Sojourn, but still have a few days off (not counting my FD physical fitness test coming on Saturday) before work starts again.
Hope everyone had a great New Years, and that the New Year is what y'all hope it to be.

WWOOHHOOOO!!! The quite necessary but kinda painful phase is now complete. By that I mean I've completed the Fairfax Co FD physical and have been declared "FIT". Now tis time to go full swing into the training cycle; Level 1 training starts tomorrow bright (groan) and early (yuukkk) at the Academy. So other than maybe naked dancing girls on my desk, there wont be much partying go'n on over here for a while.

I'll join ya Sky...Actually enjoying the January weather this year. It was i nthe 40's today, and supposed to be in the 50's on fri. Very nice compared to the past 2 years where it's been below zero.
