What? Somebody complain about service? Shhhh! No complaining! If you complain, they will expect us to start paying our tabs...

MMMM, newtons.. They would be good if I had a strawberry Margarita to dip them in. Heavy on the tequila, light on the rest.. Nothing like tequila to put hair on your tongue..

I guess it is time to start thinking about getting something for lunch.. A bacon and cheese omelet sounds good..

I like an easy lunch - bacon and egg sandwich should do it.

Hmmm. Interesting concept. Sherry in tea...... never tried that before.

Only in iced tea. My father-out-law introduced me to it many moons ago. Tea, lemon and sherry. And water of course. Kept in a jug in the fridge on summer days - just don't drive after a couple of glasses...

I love a glass (or can) of Jack, but do I have to get up at 5.00 to have one? A bit too early in the morning - no wait, how about a Jack and orange juice? Somebody else try that and tell me if it's drinkable...

Come on, hand that Jack over... This is a drink-up

And what's this about 'fig newtons'? Never heard of them, but anything with the word 'fig' in its name has to be vile!

It all a matter of taste, vol. All a matter of taste. Given a choice, I'd rather have Yukon Jack - not quite as "violent" as JD As for fig newtons - well depending on your taste for cookies and such like, its basically a fig concoction encased in a light cookie pastry. Or at least thats about as close to a description as I can get. Cheffie might have a more techncial (and accurate) description.

Strawberry newtons are good, too. Sir Isaac Newton helps keep us all grounded, and Wayne Newton has a funny effect on my mom.. I've got to quit comming here first thing in the morning, but the coffee is free, and the people make me laugh..

And isn't taste a funny thing? Some people don't even like having pineapple on pizza, wheresas I think it goes really well with hot salami! Never heard of Yukon Jack, my loss from the sound of things. But I'm still staying away from those figs...

Wayne Newton has a funny effect on me too, sort of like a dose of ipecac syrup...
