    Tanker,
    That's pretty darn close to the recipe I use, although I like it a little spicier, so I add some Franks Red Hot. As for the beer, I agree with you...I use either Molson Or Sam Adams (depending on the flavoring I'm in the mood for) I tried using Bud one time...couldn't taste anything different than without beer.

    I was thinking maybe of trying some Guiness, but that might be TOO dark and bitter. I guess any beer with alot of flavour would work.

    Acutally I use Guinness in cooking quite a bit. Works very well.

    We wouldn't let you do that! We'd at least roll you near a gutter! jk...of course, we'd put you in the "Pantry Suite" our nicely & uniquely decorated lounge for regulars. Plenty of pillows & blankets for a comfortable "crash."

    The only time this place ever closes is when the Server Squirrles dont get fed enough, and a log in error occurs. (not that such a thing would ever happen in these forums )
