Thank you firecat. The recipe is very easy. I just use some of the steelhead and prawns we cook off. Break the steelhead into large chunks and cut the prawns in half (we use large prawns.). Chop some fresh dill, parsley, basil and add to seafood. Add fresh lemon juice, a little lemon zest and some canola /olive oil. Toss lightly., you don't want to break up the steelhead too much. Season to tested with salt and pepper. I like to serve it over a bed of arugula.

I've been busy lately, a lot of things going on here. I have time now for a few drinks and will buy the first two rounds. Makers and water for me please.

Sorry the Pub has been 'self-service' here lately but between odd work schedules for himself, events at the Firehall {including my becoming Canteen Manager}, and a few other issues, comp time hasn't been a high priority for me lately. Hope y'all can forgive the delinquency. Would a bribe of a free round or 3 help?

*puts dust covers on everything, shuts off lights, locks the door*

I came by the pub to have a couple and found that the doors were padlocked. I suppose that out old friend firecat1 was tired of opening up and only a few came in. I can't blame her. I guess I'll go elsewhere, as this old guy wants a drink or two.

Work has been keeping me busy as I am working a different part of kitchen now and cooking all day long. I thought I would stop by and say hi but it looks rather deserted here.
