So far not too bad if you like hot and dry weather.

I would prefer temps about 75 - 80 daytime and 60's at night with at least 1 inch of of a gentle rain per week, maybe on Wednesdays.

Other than that I really can't complain.

    How has yours been??

Doing pretty well so far but I'm thankful for the Mad River and the Base swimming pool AND hot tub.

Here's raising a toast to those of you getting the kids ready for another year of school. Stop by The Pub for some liquid tranquilizer if you need to.

Are you finished with that bottle or are you planning on proposing to it?

Hey, I never said I have kids! But yup, Malahat is more than enough reason for me to {nicely and politely} turn down any other offers.

Just read about a pumpkin-spiced hot chocolate and a latté. Only one word comes to mind: yuck. I think I'll keep my pumpkin in the pie or soup.

Anyone got access to a barrel of single malt scotch or a truck load of Guinness? Maybe you could "lend" it to me for the weekend? I promise to return the barrel or the truck.... or both, if some one out there is feeling really generous.

Trucks, got you covered, what type and make would you prefer? Also have quite a few barrels and some pails.

AS long as the truck will move itself from A to B, and stop when so desired, I'm good. OH YA, and it has to have the appropriate amount of fuel to go with it.

YA YA I know. Here I go putting in "conditions". Well you asked! ahahahahaahaha

Tank is full when you get it, you return it that way. Warning, refinance your house prior to going to fuel up.

Well now, that would only be right neighbourly to return something borrowed, as it was "found". And ya, no kidding on the refinance. 'Specially around here, although at this end of the world, diesel is usually a bit cheaper than gasoline. Usually.
