When I was working on the cruise ships I would always have one or two or three or four in one of those big cruise ship glasses .... Kahlua, Baileys, Amaretto, Vodka and cream/milk. Some bartenders topped it off with a splash of (oh boy how do you spell this? It isn't in the dictionary) Franjelico, but I didn't care for it. YUM YUM! Ordered the same thing in a bar in Miami and got it in a wimpy little glass, just not the same, and other land-based bars served it as a shooter.

Now I'll just have Kahlua/milk (in a big mug, lots of ice) or if I'm feeling particularly rich or at Christmas/New Year's it will be Kahlua/Baileys/milk. mmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Definitely due for a good drunk!
