Sorry I missed the party...weather was too nice this weekend but still had practicals. Jeremy, hope you have a great week with FDNY! I know you're excited about it! Sorry about the accident, JoJo! It's never easy, is it? I haven't been through it yet, but imagine I will before too long. Don't know if I'll be able to cut the mustard. On duty tonight, so pass me a Orange Fanta, pls.

I'm about to start 4 nights so I'm not sure how much I'll be around. I'm going to go rummage around the office a little and see if I can come up with a tea kettle. That way I can "drink" freely and still go to work.

I've shined up Jeremy's barstool and hung a sign saying "Parking for LeuitEFDems only."

I would like everyone to have a moment of silence for the late Sheriff W.A. Woodham, Gadsden 1. Please take a look at my thread about him if you get a chance.

Hey Captstanm1 good to hear you made it back safe. Now do tell! What all did you do there? Somehow I don't think your son could really out drink you? Well I'll buy you a drink. I'll leave it here to chill until you drop by to pick it up.

Oooooo....Missed saying "have a good trip to Jeremy", "Hope you get good shifts, rookie" and didn't get to go to Indy over the weekend or go on the internet. ~On shift all weekend.

Hmmm...though one of my pt's made it interesting; broken hip and stable vs; kept telling me "If I die, I die. You complete your mission. If I die, I die. You get credit, I get credit." Over and over thoughout the transport, had no signs of impending doom. the things some people say are sometimes just odd.

So who is all here? 1219, Stan, Josh, skyraider, jojo? Rookie you still on shift? Jeremy's in NY, having fun~lucky man.

Plug the kettle in and I'll have a quick cup of tea before I go to work tonight. (1850-0705hrs) (Plus applicable driving time, time for a cuppa and a smoke)

Stan: How many fingers am I holding up? Is your son as much fun as you?

Weruj1: Is it fun to lurk or are you "on the job?" Did I say something I shouldn't have?
OH YEAH: I seem to remember seeing you in a trenchcoat, hat and sunglasses at one point. I was wondering what that was all about!
Have a guinness, take off your coat and relax: you're with friends.

I'm back from a hard shift. We ran our asses off. Some of the other guys on the shift had a MCI MVA with entrapment. They ended up using 3 helos for 3 patients. When I went to the hospital later with another patient, I saw several people I know that were waiting for the girls in the wreck. I heard one of them didn't make it.

I don't feel like drinking right now; I'll just hang out and see who else shows up. I would like a hot girl to sit in my lap though.

1219 I'd sit on your lap, but something tells me you might have to change your idea of hot! Oh well, I can't drink right now as must get some exercise and racquetball in before work. I'm already to tired to go. See you all soon.

    Here's a round on ROOKIE:

Put your sunglasses on folks because last night, just before I went to work, that darling man of mine presented me with a 1/2 carat diamond ring for our 10th anniversary. This is in addition to our upcoming trip to Greece. Can you believe this fellow? He never ceases to amaze me. Apparently he's been sitting on this ring for a while now, laughing himself silly anticipating my reaction. How lucky can a Lady be? Security? I will require escort for the evening...

    Rock on sista! (hehehe)
I hope to find one like that some day.

Holly long busy week. I dont think Ive been near a pc in a whole 7 days. Thats almost unheard of now a days.

We've been pretty busy the past few days. Had a sh*tty situation the other day. LITTERALLY! SH*TTY. We got a call for and brush fire turns out to be the dump pile out the back door of a barn. They hadn't turned in a while and it combusted. OOPS!

Im glad it rained last night though our neighboring towns have been having some pretty ugly brush fires. Some bad enough to bring in the dusters.

Well enough with the chit chat someone pass me a drink! then well get back to talk'n.

Everyines pretty busy lately, huh. Im hoping this will start slowing down for me soon. Vacation would be great. Germany, Greece...I need money so I can go on some exciting vacatons too.

I came home early,12:35am to come here and chat. No one is around. What a downer. However the only ones dancing tonight were the girls. That's a downer also as they were playing really good music again. Next week is the last week of bowling and last week of quarenteed night out dancing. So think I may just have to go to the really hard core "Zebra" instead of the usual places. I'll tell you this town is falling apart on Thurs. nights. Since I've already had enough to drink, think I'll call it a night and try again later. Haven't been having much success around here lately.
