I recently saw an ad for a 50lb. weight vest on http://www.weightvest.com/firefighter.html

Could anyone tell me if this is any good for training. A 75lb version is available also. Would this be a better idea(ie: train with 75lbs., then use the 50lbs. in the CPAT?)
