Default Cletus 112, Cletus 112, where are ya?

After re-reading my version of "signs" by the Five Man Electrical Band, a tribute to Stay Back 500 Feet, I decided to try luck again. "Ramblin Man" by the Almand Brothers Band, affectionitly retitiled, "Fireman."

    ------------------------------------------

Lord I was born a fireman
Tryin to fight fires, doing the best I can
When itís time for drink'n, I hope youíll understand
That I was born a fireman...

My father was a captain down in Georgia
And he wound up sitt'n behind a desk, getting fat
I was born in the back of Rescue 12
Ever since then I was a firehouse brat.

Lord I was born a fireman
Tryin to fight fires, doing the best I can
When itís time for vent'n, I hope youíll understand
That I was born a fireman...

I am on my to a three alarm this morning
I hear "we got us a barbecue, shake and bake "
Responding on Engine 10, hang'n off the back
And you see, I love being a jake..
Lord I was born a fireman...

Lord I was born a fireman

Now we are back from the three alarm
and the chief has locked himself in the can
We'll get a probie, and send him in
tell him to fire up the ventilation fan...

Lord I was born a fireman
Tryin to fight fires, doing the best I can
When itís time for drink'n, I hope youíll understand
That I was born a fireman...

Lord I was born a fireman...
Lord I was born a fireman...

    ------------------------------

Boy, am I glad it is Friday.... \=/

I heard the dogs howling up "on the hill" too, but I guess its better than hearing the sound of small explosives going off. Apparently his day job leaves a lot of time on his hands. hmmmm.

Dude, you should've quit after the first one. You may have too much time on your hands.

    Good try though.

Hehe... 26 Here I thought it was going to be alone the lines of "Car 54... where are you?"

Oh... right that was before your time wasn't it.
Well nice job anyway. I see why they nominated you for the entertainment committee. Although I still think you'd be better suited to the BMI patrol, since you like explosives and all.

Just a note... don't sing while you are holding an explosive device, you might set it off.
