Like many have stated, it depends on the situation. If LE is available, we will hand off traffic control to them. If they ask us to stay, and/or request additional scene lighting, we will sit there with them for that. Trees down we wouldn't worry too much about. We have also had to shut down the road for flooding, and assist LE with that.

Shouldn't this be moved to the trees/wires down thread?
