A while back I saw a special on Food TV about "Truckie Taco Salad". After watching the show I went to the Food TV web site and got the recipe. We made it twice at the station and loved it. The problem... someone misplaced the recipe. Does any one have this recipe, or know where I could find it. They do not have it posted on Food TV's site anymore.
I would also be interested in any other firehouse recipes we could try here at the station. Thanks.

This is a copy of the story, unfortunately the recipe has expired. Perhaps you could contact someone from Long Beach, or someone on this forum knows someone who might have the recipe? I tried looking up Richard Brandt, apparently the cook, but wasn't able to find anything.
As a last resort you can try Mr. Brandt through the Dept and ask if he will mail it to you?
