    Default FYI... test results

The examination results for the Deputy Chief's exam have finally come out....and I passed...WooHooo! I am presently third on the list. There are no openings as of yet, but it did give me incentive to crack the books now for the next exam, to be given in March 2003!

Default Maybe You Need A Separate List

    Capt. Gonzo,
Congratulations. Perhaps you need to sue the city and force them to establish a separate promotion list for hook beaked chicken like critters. Then you could be 1st on the list.

Sometimes going in blind can have it's advantages....

Just remember...being a captain is a lot like being a Lieutenant..except that you have more responsibility, a few more $ in the paycheck and a few more headaches (which the increase in pay help when you buy Excedrin by the case LOL )

    Good luck, Artie!
